The Moreno family has cooked for Western Mass gatherings for two generations.

Rosa Moreno started catering in 1998 from a backyard tent in East Springfield, feeding her cousin's wedding for eighty guests. She hasn't really stopped since.

Today her son Miguel runs the kitchen with her, and her daughter-in-law Angela handles the events. The recipes are the same — the pasta is still hand-rolled, the sauce still simmers all afternoon — but the operation is bigger, calmer, and better at showing up on time.

We're small on purpose. That means you talk to the person cooking your food, and we only book one big event a weekend.
